I made transfer into my lay-bye account on 15/01/2021 and to my surprise when I visited the Phuthaditjhaba Branch on 6/02/2021 a very sarcastic Sales rep told me the money does not reflect and I should learn to ask and not just transfer money, because now its going to take a month to track the money because Head Office people work only when it suits them, I called Customer Centre today they were not helpful actually the lady told me to politely ask them to help to trace the payment. I work far from home so its struggle to get time to visit that specific branch and now they tell me this issue can only be attended to if I'm in the branch, how many times will I have to go there until I get resolution?If it will take a month to get the bed then
If its possible then I would rather just get my money back and forget about your store, I never liked Furniture shops to start with I don't know why I bothered cos the service is very poor
