Cracked tiles - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

One of the tile box had all four tile craked out of 27 boxes it was discovered on the 23 May 2021 when the tiling began, it was never brought to my attention that when we offload the tile from the transport we must inspect them. I took the 1 box to the dispatch in Birchacres CTM for exchange 1 guy said he will assist us and the other disputed our complaints and I had to buy extra boxes.
