App discount reversed - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Hi

I went to buy at clicks an item on my app deals. On my slip the app deal discount is reversed and the cashier couldn't assist. Supervisor was called she couldnt understand why as well and she said there is nothing they can do as the customer service line is closed.
