I am so embarrassed and disappointed on the behaviour of a manager of pep store clothing in long beach mall,such an 3mbarrasing manner unethical and I'll deciplined.i had a complain at the door in stead she come to hear what the problem is concerning the client.she gave funny look attitude like and I quote" you look for me then you come to me" that 8s very disregard and disrespectful towards me as a client.
Please train your employees how to treat a client.if some of us services are not welcomed please Pep store must make it clear.
