Fridge - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I went to chris hani mall ok furniture on the 15th August Saturday midday, i purchased a fridge 209449 KIC KTF518ME 17L METALLIC FRI,and i switched on Sunday late after work, whereas I found out the fridge it's not working on top freezer its only working on bottom, i returned the fridge on the 18th August and asked for exchange they told me that they would i was not supposed to bring it i was supposed to call and they will book technicians for me, so my point is how cause I didn't used the fridge and it was display but they treat me like i am useless can you please assist i am not happy at all
