Returned furniture without being credited - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I'm not complaining about the store listed above, however I returned my furniture and was told thwy will be auctioned and I will be liable to pay the difference which I consented to but it's been over a year now with no feedback from Bradlows but my account balance is still over R20000, each time I call I get sent from post to pillar I went to different branches no one can assist.
What must I do because this account is frustrating me, I'd rather have the furniture back and pay for it but I can't pay for furniture I returned.
