This time its a staff member - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESHi good day .my name is olivia.im utterly and disgusted and fuming and very angry about a staff member by Pep Store In Liberty Promenade Mitchell Plain for treating and speaking to me in an ugly manner.never in my life were i so insulted in a store and that infront of my work college and customers in your store.i mean i work in retail for more then 15 years and never in my life did i ever responded to a customer like that.Me and my work college were on lunch and we needed sum braids and we went to pep.Beceause you always get nice bargains and nice stuff.So when we wanna go pay becuz we were on lunch.we ask this lady Denise..hi hallo..can we pay infront.then her reply was..in a very harsh and very rude manner...hallo hallo you can pay there .Is that the way she speak to customers .Is that the way pep trained they staff to talk to people like that.Thats not on.im not trash .i mean when i asked for a manager on duty..the cashier said the manager left..there was no second incharge too.thats unacceptable.i mean we work inda mall.When i spoke to one of your staff members on the floor..she told me that this lady Denise..is rude ..i must report her..becuz she dont know how to treat customer's.My thing is if this employer does that and her own colleges say i must report her..then why isnt your management doing anithing about this rude and disgusting employee.im highly disappointed,irrirated and PEPstore will never see me again in that store and i will tell all my friends and family not to go there ani more .im waiting on a manager to phone me urgently.My number is 0644867043
