Vodacom SP - Unhappy and Confused Customer - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day
On my credit report (Credit Expert), a Vodacom Sp is reflecting very badly. Firstly I had a cellphone contract with vodacom once before, with the number: 079 477 1543. I went into arrears, Vodacom handed me over to Hammond Pole Attorneys, I settled my account on 20 December 2019, attached hereto is the Paid Up Letter.
I am struggling to get a new contract because on my credit record it states that I have a Vodacom SP account on my name, which is in arrears. I have no idea what this is.
I have phoned the Accounts department of Vodacom, they cannot pick anything on my name.
