Refund - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

I wanted to join your gym on the 05.01.2021 and I payed R125.00 and on the 01.07.2021 I cancelled. I have not signed anything, now i want my refund they always say that they cannot find my emails with the proof of payment
