OK Furniture - Head OfficeI bought a KIC fridge on the 28th of February this year in ermelo, which I bought cash now the problem is on the 7th of May 2020 the fridge stopped working I've tried changing plugs but it's not working and I have just bought groceries for the month now when I call the sales person they telling me about having to bring the fridge myself and pay for transportation again to have it delivered at the shop now when I ask them are they gonna refund me or what cause I cannnot be left without a fridge because all my groceries will get spoilt because that means I'll have to put everything on the floor and the fridge it's only 3 and a half months since I bought it and the sales person was rude towards me saying I'll have to make a plan on how I work that one out
