The bottom line is that the product is of inferior quality. It feels as if it is a twenty year old product,tried to be renewed and placed back on the market. The springs of the products are visible and can be felt when laying on it. Not even a month in and one side of the bed had already caved in. It is honestly unfair and unethical that one spends their money on a product hoping to use it for 5years plus and be let down by it not even a year into usage.This is a way of showing clients how little you value them. I have told people about other good products bought at OK and will do the same as far as the customer care and the and the quality of the product.

I also have a similar problem. However mine is almost a year now but also looks and feels like it's been there for over 20 years. This is really unfair, especially from a big company like OK. It would have been better and expected if the bed was bought cheaper.
