No internet since last week - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day,

I am now trying to get through to someone on here as no one is able to help me through the call centre. My husband and myself have been without internet since last week Thursday and have been calling since last week Friday to try and get it fixed! All anyone ever does it tell us that they have escalated it and that someone will be in contact with us..but no one ever contacts us. I have asked twice for the manager to call me and he has yet to call. As you know with covid upon us, most work from home, myself included and I cannot go another day without internet connection.
