Refund Request still not granted - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We would like to get a follow-up on our refund request. It has been more than a month already since we submitted our refund request. But still, no update yet.

Our subscription/account application is currently set to "onhold" status because on the day of the installation, they contacted us that there's no line in our area so the internet installation won't be pursued. But before that, when we applied online through their site, they said that there was a line. Very misleading indeed.

Please help us grant our refund request already for our initial payment of PHP4,000. We've attached the screenshot file about the payment.
