END OF CONTRACT - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My 0794968856 contract expired and I called for cancellation in January 2021 which I was promised that it will be terminated but it never was, I followed up on February I was told the matter will be investigated and be refunded but that never happened,I followed up in march the same story and I don't want contract anymore pls help to cancel this contract and be refunded
