Lose of channels after automatic scanning - Consumer Complaint for GOtv Uganda, Contacts,GoTv Uganda Customer Care

There is some auto scanning that happens everyday and now channels keep on disappearing to Wea we don't know n we fully paid.
Now we only viewing only 9 channels which ain't right.
Help and inform me why it's happening that way.
