I got there yesterday, it got so ugly that nagkakasigawan na, galit kami galit din sila, ang rude ng mga agents at pati manager, pag kuhaan ng pera ambabait pero pag cancellation ang rurude, in the end pinagawa nila ko ng handwritten cancellation letter signed by the branch manager at pinasurrender sakin ung policy. Ipprocess daw nila. Message mo naman ako sa fb ko or reply here, makikibalita lang.
