I ordered my groceries yesterday via mobile app and payment mode is COD. I was told everything was complete and just need to do a payment via gcash or bank transfer since COD system is down. But I said only COD. They made me wait the whold day then around 4pm they informed me they will to process my delivery tomorrow when the system is able to accept cod. Around 11am today I received a text that COD is working but until now I have no updates on my groceries. I called and text. Including screenshots of the convo. I need the diaper of my baby. Im a mom. Of 2 and won't be able to go out.
