Your customer service at the Bela-Bela Branch is ridiculous. I have gave them my cellphone for repairs on Friday 6 November. They haven't contacted me back with the delivery note. It is not even sent yet. They don't answer there phone when i phone. and doesn't get back to me when i leave a message. Here is 3 screenshots of correspondence with the Branch. Respa was the one who helped me.
