No feedback from online customer care - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Clicks Store - Head OfficeI purchased products which were delivered last Thursday the 29th April. The items were damaged, I called in to lay a complaint. Bonile Mafuya called back, after a discussion, he advised that the courier company will collect the damaged items and the products will be re delivered. I have since not been contacted nor assisted. Urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
