Contract Cancellation not processed since 01 Mar 2020 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

1. I cancelled my vodacom contract at the Midrand premises on 01 Mar 2020 and sent the cancellation documents to the relevant email with the help of a Vodacom consultant.
2. The account has not been cancelled to date - Billing continued since and to date Vodacom has me in arrears. This is the only account in my credit history that is in arrears.
3. I have made countless calls to the Vodacom helplines and all the time I am promised that the account is going to be cancelled.
4. I cannot believe that I am still battling with the same issue 9 months after the cancellation of the contract.
