Un authorised contract upgrade - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My wife went to Vodacom to down grade my contract only to discover that according to them I have upgraded my contract on the 15 Jan 2021 - impossible ! I live outside of SA , have not traveled to SA since 2019 August
How is it possible that someone from the Bytes Dept has authority to up grade my contact without consulting me - in these time every cent counts - concerned there is fraud at hand - have tried contact Vodacom through number provided on web site - dead end. I have not spoken to anyone about upgrading my contract at all & I need to clear this up ASAP before there are too many costs incurred - no doubt will not get my money back either if it drags on too long
