Never received my items - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hi I am appaled by the service delivered by bradlows. I had good ordered as when I move into my new place I would have the good I need. Payed and received a sms saying all was in order. I made sure 4 times in the branch In kathu on the new address. No good so had no way to feed my family Including my 2 year old son. I had meat go off and had to go and buy take aways to feed my family. All amount to R1700. I am wanting compensation on this as even on my contract my new address was on it.
