Faulty phone - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Bought a phone last year Nov at ur Cleary park pep cell....phone was causing problems took it in and nw they telling us the technician can't fix the problem...this is now my 2nd time that I'm sending u guys an email and nothing is happening must we just expect this pathetic service sis aha poor poor and poor never again disappointed in ur service
