I have a big problem concerning the account mentioned above. This account was fraudulently upgraded last year without my knowledge and it was sent to vodacom investigation unit after all the process was finished the account was reinstated but it contained some benefits which were originally not included in the original contract I had with vodacom in which I was paying on R208 for 5 gig per month but now it seem as if 10 gig was included in that account without my knowledge. Can this matter be resolved as I have been calling your office day and night without any help. I also want to close this account please.
