Payment to incorrect account - Account Number: I72891866 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My mother's number has been suspended. This was due to an error I made from last year where I paid into my Vodacom old account which has been closed for over two years now. In January after realizing that I was paying to the wrong account I contacted Vodacom to inform them that I want the money that I paid into my old account to be transferred to my mother's account.

It has been three communications and almost two months later and this matter has still not been resolved. My mother's number is now suspended and every time I go into Vodacom shop they tell me to send an email and I will be assisted.

This is not happening and is leaving me rather frustrated, coz, when I wanted to close my mother's, account Vodacom begged me not to close saying they would decrease her monthly repayment. Now I am suffering from having to try to rectify this mess without any help from Vodacom who are just quiet to my requests.
