Payment to incorrect account - Account Number: I72891866 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am honestly starting to think that I am the crazy one here, as i have written to every department I can think of and I have been told to write to at vodacom but no one is responding or attending to my query.

I am at my most frustrated now, is this account ever going to get sorted out by vodacom or is my mother going to have to die from the stress of being blacklisted by Vodacom and no one attending to the matter or even communicating with us.

Please, I am now begging anyone, everyone, PLEASE HELP ME RECTIFY THIS ACCOUNT QUERY ASAP!!!!!

I really can't handle the stress that this account problem is bringing to my mother and myself.

I have been in contact with Ms Rumani, who has assisted me with the above correction identification.

Last year I was tasked to make payment for my mothers Vodacom account which is still active. I made the stupid mistake of paying the funds into my old vodacom account mentioned above in the subject which is the incorrect and has been long closed and is no longer in use. I therefore request that you look at my two attachments and assist me in transferring the funds paid into the incorrect account to my mothers account which is the correct account: I28299781. My mothers account is currently reflecting that its in errors and is placing a bad record on her name.

Please may you assist with feedback once this transfer is completed.
