I have received no feedback from Vodacom to date. At the end of October they attempted to deduct 2 months fees, fortunately not enough funds however now debited with cost of returned D/O of a further R66.00.

When will my account be addressed?

Very pissed off with the incompetance of Vodacom management and staff
