- Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

It’s obvious that PEP does not train their staff how to treat customers. The very same thing happened today at PEP Home campus square. The lady who works there by the Name of Mercy closed the door at 17:30 today and she turned the trading hours board to inside so that client won’t see. When client asked her what time do they close? Can they come in? she gave them attitude and answered them badly. Very sad.
