Vodacom does not want to cancel my contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeMy cellphone contract ended in December 2020. I was advised by one of the Vodacom consultants that the only way I can cancel my contract is to contact this number: 082135, I have been phoning since December but no one seems to be interested in cancelling the contract, all the consultants I speak to always tell me it is cancelled and I will receive confirmation email or SMS in 48 hours but nothing. And the sad part is I lost the phone in 2019 and I last used and lost the sim card last year December.
