Broken freezer - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a freezer and I was pretty advised to switch it on after 3hrs when I do the freezer was not working.i then lodged the complaint surprisingly enough after waiting for more then 7day for them to get back to me they sent me an sms confirming my exchange that was supposed to Take place on the 15th and today is the 17th nobody is telling me why The freezer was not delivered.i had to call everyday for a non progressive follow up ! !
