Unfair treatment by mananger - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought tv unit and it had chapped they came and take it on March then i called to check how far are they n was told I must pay if I want them to fix it I said bring it back as is cause I’m still paying for it . They didn’t bring it back as old as they say it was lock down I said maybe they bring it I called they send me from pillar to post even the mananger is irresponsible I was told the person I bought it from is no more working there as if I care I’m paying something I’m not using even today it’s still with them how long did shops open even their financial office knows about my proble but can’t help they just enjoy my money Phindiwe Sondlo 0738753244
