I bought a phone at butterworth fingoland mall February 2019 contract was supposed to end feb this year and when I call the call center I'm told its going to take 2 months to be canceled
I'm not happy at all because I was never told that I need to phone and cancel the contract. And another thing I have been paying R358 but the lady I spoke with told me that my contract is R191 please fix this.

I was contacted by one of your agents for a new contract. Please note that I have my own phone which was not purchased through Vodacom. The new contract offered was promised to be less than the previous one on a monthly basis. On scrutenizing my account I discovered the following discrepencies on both the March and April invoices:
Handset Installment 15 - R52.17
Sim Insurance - R5.26
Please advise the reason for the above charges as my handset was purchased cash. What does the sim insurance entail?

The service offered by your on line consultants is absolutely shocking. The consultant who assisted us is untrained, does not know her product that she is selling. She insisted that certain things could not be done, which we know can be as we confirmed with the local Vodacom branch in our area. She tried to force us to purchase a phone which we never wanted and gave out incorrect information. I suggest you have a re look at your service and training levels
