Refund - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

On the 5th of June I cancelled my laybye and requested for refund the lady from Bradford in Springs Town asked for my bank statement which was produced and told me it takes 7-14 days to get my money I waited until I called on the third week for feedback the lady told me everything has been processed the delay it’s from Head Office and the manager who is never at the store called me to bring my ID to the store coz the last copy is not clear so what annoying the most so didn’t see that problem before they have to tell me after 3 freaken weeks after I’m the one who made the first call abt my refund they don’t do follow up to customers which is such a let down to my concern now do I have to wait for another 2nd month for my refund to be processed or it’s how you eat people’s money
