I was not happy about the manager - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I went to pep store to do exchange unfortunately I didnt have a slip n the packaging so the manager told me that thy can't exchange for me n I needed something else not a refund and my items thy still new and in a good condition can you assist me with that .I was exhachanging two long blue school shirts and I need something else for exchange because I have already made plans to buy another ones from another store
