poor service - Consumer Complaint for Jumia Kenya

i called jumia customer service and req assistance to place an order.
the agent picked wrong phone no and email adress .
6 days later i had not received my package .i have been asking for a reversal of my funds but am told mpesa system is down all through .its now almost two weeks they promise to call but nothing so far .
am done with jumia for good .

I buy 7 years from Jumia, 6,5 years FANTASTIS PERFCT and i was a happy buyer, The last 6 months the delivery in Mtwapa, is a disaster, I think its not the Jumia Shop, the problems are they have lots of workers who do not care for there job, and do there job like zombies, and are distroying the name of Jumia, Not all ofcourse, (some i know are good delivery boys), To recieve a payed item, gives you to much problems, Its also very difficuld to make complaint, did that 4 or 5 times, got answers but no solution, Only "sorrry" , Desperatly,i go now this way, I have ask Jumia costumcare for the mailadres in Nairobi to make the complaint, answer was: we do not know. I like to buy from Jumia,they have 100000e of things you cant buy in Kenya, JUMIA OWNER, i hope you read this and do something asbout it!!!
