My nephew labeled and paid up the bed at ur store in berg street,when it was tie for delivery she gave them my numbers coz she can't answer phone at work,then the delivery guy lied to me saying he's there to deliver but was not there,I called him thousand times only to find out he's at de mall,the staff said the called me but they nv did.when I went to the store the whole staff ganged up on me n ended saying am the one wrong,I don't understand how coz they failed communication n now its like we won't get that bed.can someone please assist help us get the bed out of that store n we will no set our food in brad.ows store as those grannies don't know how to talk to people n shouting,I ended up shouting as well n the whole shop was now noisy as if there was even no manager.i was traumatized by their behavior in that store
