On the 28th I went to Pep store to collect my parcel which was from Phoenix in Durban. When I enter the store after following the prosidure of sanitizing. There lady who was at the door.My question to her was" is this the right quer for collecting parcels, she said yes is only one line.
OK I follow it.
The next thing I see customers following different line and where I was standing it was now becoming long then I ask one customer about their quee,she said to me where i am standing is not right quee.I was very angry as I have been standing there for very long time. I send a message by another cashier that she must pull up her socks and improve her customer service because everyone behind me were now complaining about that.So please kindly advice her to improve.
Her name tag is written Boeta she looks coloured.
She was even aware that I am complaining.
