I placed an order with vodacom online on the 5th November 2020 since then I have not gotten any feedback since then, when I called vodacom to find out what is happening they are not picking my details or the contract approval, they say it's showing on the old system but not the new system how is this my problem.I called more than 5 times to get assistance but They are unable to assist me as they dont know what's going on. Please advise as to what can be done to rectify this as soon as possible because this is seriously unacceptable and terrible customer service. I haven't even started my contract with vodacom and already I'm having issues, this is seriously not the service you give customers.
