Our internet connection was installed last July 1.

Last August 14, I paid P3,000 covering the months of July and August.
(Please see attached proof of payment.)

I checked the Converge app, and my balance due this month is again P3,000.
(Please see attached screenshot.)

It should only be P1,500 for the month of September.

Please look into this immediately.

Paano gagawin ko para sa hindi ko nagamit na enternet, nakabitan kami last August 21, 2020, tapos nawala connection ng August 28, 2020, ngayon September 18, 2020 naayos din, tapos ang bill ko 2,447.58, samantalang nag down ako ng 1,500.00, dapat 1,625.00 lang dapat kasi 25mbps lang naman kami, at paano yong hindi ko nagamit na three weeks? paki sagot nama, thanks.
