Very Unprofessional - Consumer Complaint for Akwaba Air-condition

Akwaba Air-conditionOur initial agreement was to have the AC delivered and installed. They came without a ladder and promised to do so later in the day, which didn't happen due to the rainfall. They kept giving excuses day after day and its been 3 days. Mr Jeff, who calls himself the head of the company has switched off his phone. I made payment for the AC. He forced ladder payment out of a third party and I want the money sent back. No need for installment. Very bad service and extremely unprofessional. Its sad
