Mattress damaged - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

We purchased 2 bed set in 1 day and paid for both on cash,I had a problem with the mattress as the stitches was coming off,we complained and the mattress was replaced now I have the same problem with the same mattress, went to the store to complain and was told to send pics.I did all that was expected of me but still nothing.it's been months now but still nothing is happening we call and they cut us off by saying the issue is almost solved and they will call back.nothing is happening and soon the guarantee won't cover.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
