Incomplete payment - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Ghana

A bet was placed and the total number of matches were 15. The amount payable was 803.69 cedis. Two matches were cancelled and the money was reduced to 332.10 cedis. Per the calculations that was sent by the company the amount to be paid should have been 563.09 cedis but we received 332.10 which is far less than the expected amount.
