Broken Kettle Handle - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

MAKRO - Head OfficeMy Kettle broke handle.I have taken it back to Makro after 2 days they told me that I have damaged it.Do I look stupic to break my Kettle.This is not acceptable and I wont rest until I get my money back.
