They never deliver parcels to its delivery address even though it's not for pick up. Want us customers to drive a long way to get it by ourselves, they neither text nor call if parcel is already on hand. And always answer our question that "they don't know why the delivery man did not deliver our parcel" so irresponsible! My mom and I experienced the same thing over again. So it's time for me to complain about their worst service!
Arrived at 14th of November Saturday but they never deliver. We picked up today and that's all they say about their service which "they don't know why or whose assigned to deliver our parcel" Therefore, they are irresponsible and doesn't deserve to still be in the business industry of couriers.

Its been twice that i order in Lazada and im just wondering why Lazada trusted LBC express as a delivery partner i been waiting for my order from them and they just keep me waiting even i message them already and yet the there is no solution is this LBC Express management knows that they have so many complains about their poor service i bet no one knows and they do not take actions or ignore everything they keep on cancelling my orders and their reason is the system im very upset because i been waiting for my order for a long time

Comment oh. ganyan pala talaga courier service nila kahit saan lugar. i experienced the same thing. its supposed to be door to door delivery. first attempt, di dineliver kasi consignee unknown daw. tinanong daw nila sa certain Reyes Family. e bakit sila mgrerely lang sa info nun e may complete name and address, contact number naman. saka deliverable naman area namin. and sinabi nila na di raw ako macontact..walang text or tawag ako nareceive. then sa 2nd attempt ng delivery nagfollowup ako, wait ko raw til 7pm ang delivery. bandang 5pm upon checking sa tracking, Lo and behold, iniwan sya sa Branch at for pickup na. ni walang tawag or text yun. basta basta na lang. napakairresponsible! and what’s worse e hindi sila apologetic sa kapalpakan nila. lagi sinasabi, hindi nila alam bkit nagingn for pickup, sa delivery hubdaw yun. hello you represent the same LBC. dapat mgcoordinate kyo sa isat isa. hindi yung customer/client pgaadjustin nyo LBC. kung ayaw nyo na mgcourier service e magsara na lang dapat.
