I applied on May 11th, paid the installation fee, submitted all necessary documents and until now, still got no service. The line inspector who came by just advised to cancel the application because he was too lazy to look and find for a line and told me have the initial payment be refunded. Hey! I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR THE REFUND WAY BACK BUT YOU SENT AN INSPECTOR INSTEAD WHO TOLD ME TO JUST HAVE A REFUND. WHAT A S-C-A-M! No one has the decency to properly handle the situation. One ticket to another. Prolly opening and closing at the same time without resolving the matter. Connection is badly needed for school purposes but yeah, you wouldn't care! You were just good at the start but reality hits, you cannot cater the demand.
