Bonitas paid Clicks an amount of R566.04 on medicine for my mother G J Steenkamp. The first claim was on 12th June 2020. My mother died on 2nd June 2020. Kroonstad Clicks Pharmacy credit the amount when we give the notice of death to them. Why was there another claim? You and Bonitas have to sort this out, asap. Keep me posted.
