Fibre relocation issues - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I recently moved apartment and asked Vodacom to relocate my fibre. I called on 01/12/20. They said to give them 30 days. I didn’t not hear back. I went home in January so I left it until I came back in March. I called again in March. They found that I had a service request and said they would get back to me. They didn’t. I called again a week later. They said they had no available technicians and it would be a while still. I explained that this was somewhat urgent as I work from home. I asked for an estimated time when I could expect them. They said they would get back to me. I still haven’t heard back. I’m paying for a service that I am not receiving. I have been forced to buy data and hotspot myself. This is unreasonable.
