This has been pending for more than 70 days and should be in my Bank Account BPI 1619-9597-91. I've already visited your branches many times but I haven't got any updates.
They're just saying that they will email this, will check and just wait for the text confirmation but until now I haven't received the text message nor the payment yet.
If you could please check and get back to me as early as possible, I would appreciate it!
