Very Rude staff - Consumer Complaint for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mexico, Pampanga (Mexico Branch)

He was very rude and insulted me.It was humiliating but I need to raise my complaint.I mistakenly gave a wrong receipt pawned item. I was very disappointed. I try to explain my side if they could give considerations to void transactions but this Eduardo Y Garcia Jr called me in insulted me do you want my staff to pay this. He continue to talk with a loud voice with no mask and continue to insulting me. I try to explain my side but he keeps on arguing. As a valued customer, you can talk in a good manner and respect the customer as human. I will never ever go back on that branch. Its a nightmare and humiliating.
