I have been trying to cancel my membership since March 2020. I was then told I would need to pay R1600 or continue to use until my membership ended in 5 months. After the gyms reopened I have been paying for the requisite 5 months. Now when I want to confirm my membership being over I get told I owe 6 months. When I requested the contract that states this nobody can provide me with one. The last membership I signed that you have on record is from 2018.this is completely
unacceptable. I am being held liable for something without a contract
